Adventurous Hiking Wedding at Torbay Point, Cobbler Path

Does packing up your wedding attire, hopping on a plane and flying to a place you’ve never been to get married sound like something you’d like to do? A+K are from another province but had always wanted to visit Newfoundland. They ended up deciding on a location for their elopement from some photos on my website. (Which is such a compliment). And then a plan was set in place.

We met at the beginning of the trail so we could walk in together. The hike takes between 15-30 minutes depending on where you want to go. They wanted to start off with exchanging their vows in private before the ceremony so we walked all the way to the bottom of Torbay Point where they read their hand written vows overlooking the atlantic ocean. It was so incredibly beautiful and emotional. From there we met up with the officiant and a few of their family members to have a ceremony along the cliffs. The ceremony was short but full of so much love. By the time it was done the sun was starting to come out so we spent some time admiring the view and looking for whales while taking some photos. It was a ton of fun and fit what they wanted for their wedding.
